Finally, got rid of the word! If "haul" makes sense, then "fling" should definitely do! Please ignore if you find it nasty! All I wanted was to get rid of the word "haul!" See! I am still repeating the word! Ok, forget it! Back to work!

Today, I have been to the Body Shop! Couldnt resist! Especially after the bad dream that the stock disappeared! What takes me back to Body Shop is the manager, Margaret aka Love Lady! She keeps calling every customer "Love". I love the sound of it! She is gorgeous and ever-pleasing! She greeted me and was like "Here you are, again!" Then, I bought something! I left to work! I told my manager about the Body Shop sale! She came along! She bought something for herself! Margaret was like "Ok, you are bringing people in." After my experience at MAC, I feel she is not ordinary! She is God-sent! She is really a charm to the store! She has been @ Body Shop for 15 years! OMG! I love Margaret! She is full of energy! No ATTITUDE!

Today, we have 6 eye shadows, 2 lipsticks and a double-end lip gloss! One end is the gloss and the other end, cheek n lip stain! Everything for a pound each! How could I resist? No wonder I keep going back! Provided, my Love Lady @ the store! She kept saying that I was really going on a spree, treating myself with loads of makeup!

Girls, did you know? L'Oreal acquired Body Shop! It was a shocker for me! Margaret came to my rescue today explaining about that in detail! L'Oreal and Body Shop merged and came up with EPISKIN, an alternative approach to animal testing. They create some skin models by producing them on an industrial scale and develop alternative methods! How cool is that? I am really satisfied knowing that finally, there is some alternative to animal testing! L'Oreal has a great team! Body Shop is synonymous to ethical standards! Now, they are working together on something worth-a-mention! Kudos...

Fling 2 @ 2010

I hate the word HAUL! Heard enough! Until we coin a new word, please bear with my haul! After a long time like almost 2 weeks, I went to work today! I am a lazy b** when it comes to work, especially winter! I would rather die!

Body Shop has 50% sale! If you are near, please rush immediately before everything is gone! Thats definitely a sale of one kind, massive, I can say! Eye shadow, eye liner, blush, bronzer, lip gloss, lip balm what not! Everything is for just a couple of pounds! I know some of you swear by Body Shop just like me! RUN! Tell me what you got once you are back to normal! I know you would definitely be supa dupa excited seeing the sale! I got 3 lip glosses and a gold eye liner!

Finally, I got rid of L'Oreal Elvive shampoo! Guess what? I branched out to Aussie range and am lovin' it so far! I got the Aussie Aussome Volume 2 in 1 Shampoo n Conditioner and 3 Minute Miracle Luscious Long Deep Treatment.

Here is what I got for myself! I know, just a bunch of things and I call it a haul! Name does ring a bell, duh!Am I disappointing you really? Let me know, so I will definitely change HAUL to something simple! Next time, look out for the new title! Dont miss it!

First Fling @ 2010

Dolls, ya'l still in a holiday mood? Please come back! Its over! Now is the time to get back to work! Jus kiddin'! I am seriously expecting some hauls from my dolls. You never disappointed me, so better make them soon before I get sick again!

I am here to grab your attention, at least for a couple of minutes! Here is my first haul of the year! I was really excited about these, so I kinda wanted to share my excitement! Well, this is pretty much what I got!

Bobbi Brown Long Wear gel eyeliner in #1 Black Ink, Clarins Eye Pencil #07 Gold, MAC Lustre lipstick #A59 Plumful, MAC Strobe Liquid Lotion and Nivea creme. For me, the show stealer is Bobbi Brown liner! I heard people rant, rave and ramble about this! Why be exceptional? I am really glad to get hold of the best seller! I love that MAC lipstick! Plumful personified would be Divija Reddy, if that really makes any sense!

Boxing Day Fling

Playboy Cosmetics are about to disappear from the aisles forever, if I heard it right! Rush to your local Superdrug to grab these! You have to try these! Dont go by the packaging! Not this time, at least!

P.S: You all know, I review each and every product including the prices, so there is no point in saying "I am not paid to do this." Of course, I was neither paid nor got these for free! I wish somebody did, though!

Weekday Fling

Hope you all are doing well! I have been to the mall today after work, so here I present to you my second haul for the week!

Lemme be honest! I bought the 2true Cheek n Lip tint last week, but forgot to include that in the previous haul pic! Amnesia, what to do!!! It happens often! Here are the products I was lemming for quite some time!

First, 2true Cheek n Lip tint for 1.95 pounds. In abstract, this is rose tinted stain for lips and cheeks! I must be joking! Who wouldnt know about this? This is the spitting dupe :) of Benefit's Benetint, which retails for about 22 pounds!!! WHOA...

Second, a 12-shadow palette from Active Cosmetics! You can find these in UK at Pound Land, Pound Saver, Body Care etc. I got mine from Pound Saver for 1.99 pounds! I am not sure if they retail anywhere else, lemme know if they do! Sceptical about the quality, but fell for the colors!!! Wat say? D stands for Desperate!!!

Third, Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipstick in #39 Natural Rosewood / Bois de Rose Naturel. You might not find this in the website (?), but Ebay has it! Correct me if I am wrong! If you come across a review on this color, do lemme know! Would really appreciate that! For some reason, I believe this is yet to be reviewed on the net! This was for 1.99 pounds, as well!

Last, but not the least! Revlon Lip Glide Sheer in #030 Sheerly Cocoa or Lustre Cacao as in some other world! Nee bother! Guess what! I love love love this! My kinda shade! I believe Revlon discontinued the Lip Glide range! Correct me if I am wrong! No thrashing, please! This was for 1.99 pounds, again!

Weekend Fling

Hey, long time no see! I am sick coz the weather in Scotland is really horrible since a week like its densely foggy and I am freezing to death! Its -2 C, by the way! Might not be a great deal for others, but for people from tropical climate like India will surely know the difference! I was dreaming about the beauty of snow, blame the movies, but now I really hate that! If you had never experienced snow, the fact is it stinks! Stinks like fish! I think I am gonna puke! If you are out on a snowy day, your hair stinks like YUCK! So, what I wish to convey is I might not be able to comment on your blogs for a while, but dont forget that I am reading everything you post! Kindly register in your minds that I am sick! I know you will coz you all are my considerate sweet little things :)

This weekend, I have been to Alloa and Glasgow! I have been to MAC for the first time! There is no exclusive MAC, hence its housed in House of Fraser, a British department store that retails clothing, houseware and cosmetics! Enough said! Looks like I am trying to promote HoF! I could not get to browse more at MAC coz they were calling the day off, if that makes any sense! So, I convinced myself that I will be getting back for New Year...YAY! My year starts with MAC :) Please bear with me! I sound like drunk, but I promise I am NOT!

Lets get back to the fun! I finally got my hands on the Ecotools brush set! I got the 6-piece set, the powder brush and the foundation brush! I got WnW Illuminating Bronzing Powder, WnW blush in 2 shades, Neutrogena lipcare, Blistex lip conditioner, a necklace from ASDA and hair band from Claires...phew! I am done talking!

P.S: WnW means WetnWild Cosmetics. Silly me, therez no hair band in the pic! Will post that soon!

Here comes the Army

As promised, I am here again with my lippie range from Super drug. Here are the li'l babies waiting for attention. Oh...poor things! I am coming...

Look at the colors...how vibrant could that get? Especially the pink and green ones....OMG! I love them a lot! If you are a die-hard fan of lippies, especially balms give these a try! They are really worth-a-try and worth-a-mention!

On my first notice, I was expecting some pigmentation to these. I was really disappointed by the transparent product. Hope I wont be disappointed, otherwise! It would be wise not to complain too much for the price, at least! How I wish blue balm in blue tin, pink balm in pink tin and green balm in green tin....:) sounds colourful, isnt it? Looks colourful???

P.S: I tried the pink tin aka SPF 15...wow...thats too much for 79 pence! I am a bargain shopper and can be bitchy some times when it comes to packaging...so simple, but so vintagy!
